The Smart plan – Free for all SMEs up to 250 employees who sign up before 31/12/2026
Includes all Essential features, plus:
Import of multiple company documents.
Automatic AI-based report generation.
AI-assisted guidance.
Up to 80% of your report can be prefilled.
Do you need to provide payment details to activate the promotion?
No, you do not need to provide any payment details during the free 12‑month period.
What happens after the free 12‑month period?
You will receive a notification one month before the renewal date asking whether you want to continue with the Smart plan. If you decide to continue, you will be asked to enter your payment details. You can also choose to switch back to the free Essential plan.
The Expert plan – Starting from €1000
Includes all Essential and Smart features, plus:
Additional onboarding with an expert and personalised guidance.
Energy calculations based on invoices.
Narrative ESG summary for stakeholders, highlighting key results and ambitions.

Choosing a subscription
What happens when I choose a Kube ESG subscription?
By choosing a Kube ESG subscription, you agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Subscriptions run for 12 months and are billed annually by direct debit.
Will I be notified before my subscription renews?
Yes, you will receive a notification one month before the renewal date.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can downgrade to the free Essential plan at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the 12‑month period. No refunds are provided.
Changing (upgrade / downgrade) or cancelling a subscription
Cancelling or downgrading your subscription
Your current subscription remains active until the end of your contract period. No refunds are provided. You keep access to all features of your current plan until the end date. All reports you created remain available for sharing on the platform.
Upgrading your plan
Your current subscription will be ended and you will receive a credit note for the unused period. This credit is automatically deducted from the price of your new subscription. You get immediate access to all features of the upgraded plan.
Payment methods and Peppol
Which payment methods are available?
At the moment, payments are only accepted via direct debit. Credit card payments are not supported.
Do you support Peppol invoicing?
Yes, a general Peppol ID is provided by default. If you cannot receive invoices via this ID, you can indicate this by ticking a checkbox during checkout. Our team will then contact your billing contact to arrange a solution.
