It supports SMEs in producing a clear, consistent ESG report that can be shared with banks or other partners involved in the initiative. The platform is built around the European VSME standard (Voluntary Sustainability Reporting Standard for SMEs), providing a recognized framework that helps businesses report in a credible and structured way, without unnecessary complexity. 

SME users can contact the Isabel Kube ESG Helpdesk for any questions or issues they may encounter. The helpdesk provides technical support not only for platform malfunctions, but also when certain features are unclear. This includes practical guidance on how to use the tool effectively.
