What does the AI do?

The AI in Kube ESG analyzes your ESG documents (or, if none are uploaded, public information), extracts relevant data, and pre-fills draft answers to help you complete your report faster.

 

Important: you must review all AI-generated answers yourself to ensure they are accurate, complete, and aligned with your organization’s ESG information; you can edit any field, add missing details, or delete AI-generated content at any time.

How do I start using the AI?

Click “Start Autogenerate” to launch the AI workflow, then either click “Add Document” to upload your ESG-related documents (up to 200 pages in total) or skip the upload so the AI will use publicly available information about your company to prefill what it can.

How long does AI processing take?

AI processing usually takes between 10 minutes and 1 hour, depending on the number of pages and the complexity of your documents, and you can continue working or even close your browser while it runs in the background. Once autogeneration is complete, you’ll see your overall completion rate at the top of the screen and can then review, adjust, or delete any AI-generated answers.

Can I see which sources the AI used?

Yes. Every AI-generated answer is fully traceable: in the Sources panel you can see which documents and web pages were used, on which pages, so you can understand how each answer was produced and verify or trace any statement back to its original context.

What tools are available in the right-side menu?

The right-side menu offers several helpful tools:

  • Insights shows what information is still missing for open questions.

  • Sources explains how the AI produced each answer and lists all referenced documents and web pages, including page numbers.

  • AI Assistant helps refine your answers and can answer questions about your uploaded documents.

  • Information includes a help button that provides several subsections: where to find the data, examples, what is this about and learn more.

  • Regulatory text displays the relevant passages when available.

  • Comments let you collaborate, assign tasks, and organize work.

  • Version History allows you to track and restore changes.
