AI analyzes your ESG documents, extracts relevant information, and generates draft answers to ESG-related questions. Its purpose is to reduce manual work and help you complete your ESG report more efficiently.

Click ‘Start Autogenerate’ to activate the AI workflow. Then click ‘Add Document’ to upload all relevant materials. You can upload up to 200 pages total. If you do not upload documents, the AI will use publicly available information to prefill what it can.

After submitting, a pop-up will display the AI’s progress. AI analysis may take 10 minutes to 1 hour, depending on document volume and complexity. You can safely navigate to other pages or even close your browser as the processing will continue in the background. 

Once the autogeneration is complete, you will see your overall completion rate at the top. You can then review the AI-generated answers and add any missing information. This step is essential: AI provides a strong starting point, but you remain responsible for accuracy and company-specific context. You can edit any answer by clicking directly inside the field and making the necessary changes, and you may delete any AI-generated answers, suggestions, or extracted data at any time.
 

Yes. For every AI-generated answer, you can view a complete breakdown of the sources the AI relied on. The sources panel in the right-side menu lists all referenced materials, including the specific documents the AI used during analysis, corresponding page numbers for each reference and any online or publicly available web sources (when applicable). This transparency allows you to clearly understand how each answer was produced, verify the accuracy of the underlying information, and trace back any statements to their original context.

Use the right-side menu for helpful tools:

• Insights shows what information is still missing for open questions.
• Sources explains how the AI produced each answer and lists all referenced documents and web pages, including page numbers.
• AI Assistant helps refine your answers and can answer questions about your uploaded documents.
• Information includes a help button that provides several subsections: where to find the data, examples, what is this about and learn more.
• Regulatory text displays the relevant passages when available.
• Comments let you collaborate, assign tasks, and organize work.
• Version History allows you to track and restore changes.
