How can I provide feedback about the platform?
Your feedback is essential to help improve the ESG platform. After the testing phase ends, you will receive a satisfaction survey via email. This survey will give you the opportunity to share your experience and provide feedback on the platform’s usability, functionality, and content.
In the meantime, if you encounter any issues or have suggestions during the testing phase, you can contact the support team directly. They will ensure your feedback is passed on to the relevant teams. The more specific your input, the more valuable it will be for improving the platform.

What will happen with my feedback?
All feedback you provide is carefully reviewed and documented by our project and product teams. We use this input to identify areas where the platform can be improved, whether it’s related to user experience, content clarity, functionality, or overall usability.
Your feedback plays a vital role in helping us refine the ESG platform before its final release. We prioritize recurring themes or issues raised by multiple users and look for opportunities to make meaningful improvements based on real user experience.
Where relevant and possible, we will share follow-up information on how your input has influenced changes or has been incorporated into the roadmap. Even if a suggestion isn’t implemented immediately, it may still be considered in future development phases.

Will I be contacted to follow up on feedback I’ve submitted?
Yes, some test users may be contacted during or after the testing phase to share more in-depth feedback and help us improve the platform. Users who reach out to support or appear to experience difficulties during the test may be invited for a short voluntary phone interview. This helps us better understand potential pain points and provide targeted support where needed. If you complete the testing journey smoothly and without any issues, we will not proactively contact you for follow-up, out of respect for your time.
Will there be a wrap-up survey or evaluation at the end of the testing phase?
Yes. At the end of the testing phase, all participants will receive a satisfaction survey. This short and user-friendly questionnaire aims to collect feedback on your overall experience, including ease of use, clarity of the questions, and overall satisfaction with the Kube ESG platform. The survey also includes optional open questions and an invitation to volunteer for a follow-up phone interview if you'd like to share more detailed feedback.
