How do I get access to the Kube ESG Platform?
You will receive an invitation email from Isabel Kube ESG with a link to access the ESG platform. If the email doesn’t appear in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
Please note: Only the legal representative of your company can perform the initial registration on the Kube ESG Platform. After completing this registration, the legal representative can invite other colleagues within the organization to access the platform.
To ensure a smooth onboarding process:
- Please ensure that your company’s legal representative is informed about this invitation and ready to complete the registration process. If you are not the legal representative, kindly forward this email or registration link to the appropriate person to initiate the registration.
- Once registered, additional team members such as sustainability officers or finance staff, can be granted access.
- If you haven’t received the invitation or are experiencing technical issues, feel free to reach out to our support team for help.
This controlled access process helps safeguard your company’s ESG data and ensures that only authorized users can view or edit information.
Can I use the platform on mobile or tablet?
The Kube ESG Platform is primarily optimized for use on desktop or laptop computers. This setup ensures the most reliable and user-friendly experience, particularly in terms of navigation, data input, and full access to all available features. While some limited functionality is available on mobile devices and tablets, not all features may work as intended.
Please be aware that the Karomia environment, which opens when starting the ESG Survey after logging into the Kube ESG Platform, is not accessible on mobile devices. If a user attempts to access the platform via a mobile device, an informational message will be displayed, advising them to switch to a desktop or laptop computer to continue.
We are actively working to improve compatibility with a broader range of devices. Your feedback on mobile use is greatly appreciated and will directly inform future development priorities and platform enhancements.
Can I still use the Kube ESG Platform after the testing phase ends?
Yes, your access to the Kube ESG Platform will remain valid after the testing period. You will also be able to retrieve and reuse the data you submitted during the testing phase in your next reporting cycle.
Can I log in from multiple devices or locations?
Yes, you can log in from multiple devices and locations. This allows you to complete the ESG survey wherever it’s most convenient.
I don’t have itsme. What do I do now?
During the testing phase, access to the Kube ESG Platform is only possible via itsme. If you do not yet have an itsme account, we recommend creating one via www.itsme.be. Registration is quick and free, and you will need your Belgian eID and a smartphone to complete the setup. If you need assistance creating your itsme account, please refer to the step-by-step guide or contact the itsme support team for help.
My browser doesn’t seem to work with the Kube ESG platform. What should I do?
The ESG platform is optimized for use with modern browsers, such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox and Safari. If the platform isn’t working correctly (e.g. pages not loading, buttons not responding, or layout issues), please try the following:
- Switch to a supported browser if you're currently using an outdated or unsupported one.
- Clear your browser cache and refresh the page.
- Disable browser extensions that may interfere with page behavior.
- Try accessing the platform in an incognito/private window to rule out local settings or cookies.
If problems persist, please contact our support team and mention the browser and version you're using, along with a description (or screenshot) of the issue. This will help us assist you more effectively.
