It supports SMEs in producing a clear, consistent ESG report that can be shared with banks or other partners involved in the initiative. The platform is built around the European VSME standard (Voluntary Sustainability Reporting Standard for SMEs), providing a recognized framework that helps businesses report in a credible and structured way, without unnecessary complexity. 

The main goal of the Kube ESG Platform testing phase is to gather valuable feedback from early users regarding usability, functionality, and performance to improve the platform before the official launch. The aim is to ensure that the ESG platform meets the needs of SMEs and provides real value in ESG data collection and reporting ahead of its official release. 

During the testing phase, SME users can contact the Isabel Kube ESG Helpdesk for any questions or issues they encounter. For technical support, the helpdesk is available to assist not only with platform malfunctions but also when something is unclear or confusing to the user. Technical support includes guidance on how to use the tool effectively.    

For content-related questions, users are encouraged to first consult the built-in guidance and FAQ available within the platform. The ESG questionnaire is designed to be as intuitive and self-explanatory as possible. If anything remains unclear, users are of course welcome to reach out to the helpdesk. Please note that the helpdesk does not provide ESG advice, but user feedback is highly valued and will be used to further improve the platform and its support materials.
